- Product unavailability
- Failure to meet our eligibility requirements
If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All transactions are processed securely. Voresse does not store your full payment card details.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Voresse ships internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Voresse is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Voresse covers all applicable duties and taxes on outbound shipments (Delivered Duty Paid) where stated. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Voresse accepts no liability for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled by Voresse.
